Soft Opening of The Lady Bug Store

Welcome back to The Lady Bug Garden Center!
We are so excited to welcome our customers out of hibernation and back outdoors. We will be preparing for our grand opening next week, but please stop in and see what we have going on! We will also be prepping to welcome the Easter Bunny back to The Lady Bug!
Easter Egg Hunt at The Lady Bug
Saturday, March 30th, 2024
Event starts at 1:00pm, please arrive early, parking can be limited.
Say Hello to The Easter Bunny!
The Easter Bunny will be hopping into The Lady Bug for our annual Easter egg hunt! This is a free kid's event for our customers, friends, and community. Bring a basket or a bag and gather eggs with us, RAIN OR SHINE! Bring your own camera and have your pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.
We will be popping fresh Kettle Corn and a coffee truck will be on site!
*We will be accepting donations of candy for this free event, as there are over 10,000 eggs to stuff!
We may also request volunteers to help with stuffing eggs! Please contact us if you would like to help. Thank you!
APRIL
Grand Opening
April 5th, 6th, and 7th
The Lady Bug will resume our normal hours of operation!
Join us for our annual Spring Open House! Refreshments will be served.
We have a large assortment of yard and lawn decor, statuary, spring flowers, birdhouses, bird feeders, and indoor Spring decor. Pick up a copy of our event flyer while you are here to visit.
We have Lady Bug workshops planned for this Spring, Summer, and Fall sign up here once the registration window opens.
Solar Eclipse Watch Party
Monday, April 8th, 2024
🌞🌑 Join us for an unforgettable celestial experience at our Solar Eclipse Watch Party on April 8th, 2024! Get ready to witness the awe-inspiring phenomenon as the moon crosses paths with the sun. Bring your friends and family to enjoy this rare event together. (Eclipse glasses are available for purchase.)

We will be popping our delicious Kettle Corn and Boone Creek Pizza and Tacos and S'macos will join us to keep your bellies full!

JUNE
Spring Handmade Market
Sunday, June 9th
Join us for this free event. The Lady Bug is hosting a large group of local vendors selling their handcrafted products. Stop in and grab lunch from one of our local food trucks and support these small businesses as they put their talent on display. This would be a great time to buy Spring flowers if you haven't already!
Saturday, June 22nd

Registration starts at 9am
Today we are hosting our first of two car shows for the 2024 season. We invite you to the garden center to experience the nostalgia that comes from seeing your favorite classic cars! Admission and parking are FREE!
Arrive hungry, there will be food trucks on site and, as always, The Lady Bug will have fresh kettle corn, nuts, and trail mix available for purchase.

Do you want to register your car in the car show?
Registration is $10.00 per car. Trophies and plaques will be awarded in various categories.
THURSDAY NIGHT LIVE CONCERT SERIES
All Events: 7pm-9pm, campfires will be lit at 6pm
Stop by The Lady Bug for a rockin' good time for nine consecutive Thursday evenings in August, September, and October. The Lady Bug outdoor stage will feature local, talented bands for your enjoyment. Food vendors and fresh popped kettle corn will be on site for purchase. Some seating will be provided, we encourage you to bring a lawn chair if you wish. The event and parking are free to all.

Kids of all ages (and adults too!) come to The Lady Bug in December to pick out your tree, ornaments and to enjoy the lights, sounds and excitement of the Christmas season. Returning from the North Pole is Santa himself, his helpers and polar bears — He is Real! Lots of festive cookies, holiday cheer and several outdoor fire-pits to warm up to. And, we’ll provide the s’mores. Looking for that special gift or stocking stuffer? We have our gift shoppe ready for your browsing.

This event will feature Christmas Trees & Holiday Gifts (available for purchase), Holiday Music, Outdoor Firepits w/ Free Marshmallows & S'mores, and our beautiful polar bears.

JD's Gourmet Hot Dogs, Peace Love & Little Donuts, and The Lady Bug Kettle Korn will be available for purchase.
